Artemis Intraoperative Monitoring was established by neurophysiologists with multiple years of experience in the OR, treating and caring for patients hands on. Our founders have worked with many physicians and IOM companies in the industry across multiple states since 2004, giving us the ability to recognize problems other companies have in management, employee satisfaction, surgeon fulfillment, and ultimately, patient care delivery. In many venture capitalist owned companies, for example, the nuances of good patient care are lost, with the patient and the surgeon becoming just another number relating to the bottom line. From these experiences, we found that holding personal relationships in high regard with honest communication and respect is what keeps a company strong. After all, the surgeon, the patient, and the neurophysiologist are all in the room together. Keeping a close knit family is what we're all about.
