BILLING 

Your insurance carrier may pay for a portion of the costs associated with the intraoperative monitoring used during your surgery. This amount depends on your insurance plan. Your carrier will be billed under the company name of Artemis Intraoperative Monitoring LLC, or a host of other company names based on the providers used during your surgery. Artemis Intraoperative Monitoring does not balance bill, meaning that we do NOT bill you for the total amount not covered by your insurance company. However, you may still be responsible for a small portion of the bill according to insurance guidelines. If you have received a bill and would like to make a payment, please contact the office.  

 

If you have questions on your coverage or how you may be billed for intraoperative neuromonitoring services, you should contact our office or your insurance carrier to verify your coverage.
